Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

We ship all orders using UPS. Shipping speed and delivery date depend on the service selected at checkout and the destination.
Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed or shipped.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will assist you in contacting the shipping carrier to file a claim.
